Premium Used Auto Parts - Delivery Guidelines & Procedures
ORDER PROCESSING
Once your order is completed with full payment, we will contact our Certified Mechanics to confirm that the purchased item is in stock, in good condition, and ready to ship.
We will email you photos of the item within 4-5 business days. Your approval is required on the same day the photos are sent.
- If we do not receive your approval on the same day, the unit will be shipped the next business day.
- If you approve the photos on the same day they are sent, the tracking number will be provided within 2 business days after the photos are sent.
We will make every possible effort to ensure the part is delivered within 10 business days from the order placed.
Once the item is shipped, the tracking number will be emailed to your registered email address.

SHIPPING ADDRESS REQUIREMENTS
We can ship Non Freight Items (E.g. Speedometer, ABS) at the address where debit or credit card is billed. We can ship larger items (e.g. transmissions, engines, etc.) to commercial or business addresses however, we require you to supply us with the full name of the business and address of the location.
In addition, we need the name of the contact person at the address, along with their direct telephone number as well as email addresses. We Request you to authorize us to talk directly to the individual to confirm details that we might require periodically regarding the item and delivery.
In addition, if the need for a forklift arises at the location of delivery you will be responsible to secure to pay for it as well as the person who will operate it.
After the delivery of the part ordered, examine the packaging of your item(s) upon arrival. If you detect any damage, it is important to note it while signing for shipping on the Delivery Receipt and keep a copy of it for yourself.
SHIPPING, DELIVERY, AND ADDRESS POLICY
We make every effort to ship all parts promptly and avoid delays. In the event of any unexpected delay in shipping, we will notify you in advance and keep you regularly updated via email, text message, or phone call. We do not intentionally delay shipments.
Orders will be shipped only to the address provided at the time of purchase.
Once an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed unless you contact us immediately after placing the order.
If you request an address change after the item has already been shipped, we will refuse delivery and have the shipment returned to us. In such cases, you will be responsible for all return shipping and re-shipping costs. The total amount for these charges will be emailed to you, and the item will be reshipped only after payment is received.
PRE-SHIPMENT INSPECTION AND DOCUMENTATION
We will always provide photos of the part prior to shipping to document its condition.
The part will be shipped in the same condition as shown in the provided images.
DELIVERY INSPECTION AND DAMAGE CLAIMS
Upon delivery, you must inspect the package immediately.
If you notice any visible damage to the package or part, you must refuse the shipment at the time of delivery.
If you accept the package and later discover damage, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
We will coordinate with the shipping company to investigate the issue.
In the time of shipping if the box is not damaged or opened and the carrier confirms no shipping-related damage, the warranty will be voided, as we retain pre-shipment photos of the part.
We strongly recommend recording a video while unboxing the package for your protection.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES
Once the package has been delivered to the confirmed shipping address, we are not responsible for lost, stolen, or missing items.
No replacements or refunds will be issued for items lost after delivery at your location.
FAILED DELIVERY OR UNAUTHORIZED CANCELLATION
- Unauthorized actions
- Refusal by an unknown party
- Errors made by a third party (including a mechanic)
We will not cover reattempted delivery costs. The customer will be responsible for all additional shipping charges.
RETURNS, REFUSALS, AND RESTOCKING FEES
If you decide you no longer want the part after it has been shipped, you must accept delivery of the package.
We will then provide a return shipping label.
Returned items are subject to:
- A 25% restocking fee
- Two-way shipping costs
Refunds will be processed only after the part is received and inspected at our facility. No refunds will be issued before the item is returned.
INSTALLATION, REPORTING ISSUES, AND WARRANTY CONDITIONS
Any issues related to the part must be reported within 24 to 48 hours of delivery.
The part must be installed within 10 days of delivery.
- Failure to install within this timeframe may result in the warranty being voided.
- If the part arrives damaged, incomplete, or missing components and the issue is not reported immediately or the package was accepted without refusal, the warranty will be voided.
